Sarah Dudrich Wilson, M.S., CCC-SLP / Owner
Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and proud private practice owner of Enrichment Therapy Services based in Scranton, PA, currently providing mobile SLP services to adult and select pediatric patients throughout the Lackawanna County and surrounding areas.
I received my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Misericordia University in 2013, completing my graduate clinicals in both the school and hospital settings. I am currently licensed in the state of PA and certified nationally with the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association. Additionally, I am certified in VitalStim Therapy to help patient's with swallowing disorders.
I've worked in skilled nursing facilities for over 10 years as an SLP with such amazing therapists who have become not only my friends but my family, where I've have the privilege of becoming Director of Rehabilitation of our team for 2.5 years. I am SO passionate when it comes to my business, any topics relating to speech therapy, and establishing new relationships with my client, families, Intermediate Units, and school districts. I'm driven to grow my private practice to provide quality care and services to a wide variety of clients across settings in any way I can whether it's through private services or contracting needs.
SERVICES
Comprehensive Evaluations

Completed in-home to assess current speech, language, cognitive linguistic, and/or swallowing abilities using both quantitative and qualitative testing materials. Results are then used to develop an individualized and functional treatment plan that targets both personal and clinician-directed/suggested goals based on evaluation outcomes to promote progress/success.
Individual Treatment Sessions

Sessions range from 30-60 minutes each (1-2 times/week)
Intensive Treatment Sessions

Offered 3-5 times/week for complex cases, needs, diagnoses.

We offer both in-person and virtual contracting services to Intermediate Units and School Districts who have various SLP/OT/PT needs in early intervention or school-based roles (including ESY).

Our son started speech therapy with Sarah when he was 4 years old. He had a really noticeable lisp from the time he started talking, but I was told to wait and he would outgrow it. I knew he wasn’t improving and decided to find someone to help instead of waiting for school to start. I’m so glad I did!!
Sarah taught him how to properly pronounce his “S” words in a matter of two months. You cannot even tell he had a lisp. She continued on with other letter sounds that we hadn’t even noticed he struggled with. And now he has graduated in less than a year!! Our son constantly gets complimented for how well spoken he is.
